TrackfitnessAustralia runs a 10 Week school term group training program, for athletes and sportspeople aged 8-12 (juniors), and 13-21 (seniors). We work with individuals at all stages and levels of their athletic and sports development to maximize potential and improve speed, agility, strength, endurance, and elevation. We use the paradigm of flexibility, stability, strength, and power, which elevates sports training and a client’s skills from ordinary to elite. TrackfitnessAustralia provides individualized sports performance training directed to your child’s specific sport or event, within the group training program. The training will complement their club or other training and enable youth sportspeople to achieve excellence and surpass their personal bests.
Ours is a comprehensive innovative style of training, using the equipment your child would not otherwise have access to and providing sports science-based education in the process. We do so in order to encompass every aspect of performance because we are not just training young athletes’ bodies, but challenging and expanding their mindsets.
Our program utilizes functional and plyometric training with cutting-edge equipment such as the Vertimax, Bongo balance board, slant boards, and a timing gate, as well as more traditional equipment such as elastics, jump boxes, weight sleds, a yardstick, kettlebells, TRX weights, and Olympic style weights. The TrackfitnessAustralia youth program is perfect for youth sportspeople looking to reach their maximum potential within their chosen sport through a training program that will extend their endurance, strength, speed, elevation, agility, and all-round capacity to reach their full potential. Our Youth 10 Week Term Group Program can be purchased as a term block, as a ten-session pack, or as individual one-off sessions. The term block unlimited package allows for up to six sessions per week across a 10-week term. Program terms align with school terms.
